I would like to share a couple of things with you …
…besides the Leeks, Beet, Kohlrabi, Tomatoes and Parsnips left in the garden …
- At the moment, we do not know ~ because we have not added it up ~ how much produce we have harvested and donated from the Communal Garden this year
- At the moment, I have never been less concerned about that number… and here’s why: I have come to appreciate that the value of the volunteer effort which planned, planted, maintained and harvested the produce in the Communal Garden cannot be measured with a number. I think that it can only really be measured in the effect it has in and on our community.
