Harvesting

As it happens much Rhubarb is ready for the second harvest from the planters in the Plot Rental Garden … once again, rather than opening up a harvesting free for all … the Garden will arrange for bundles of Rheum rhababarum to be made available on a first come first served basis.

Harvesting will begin at or around 6 PM … if you like to help out or learn how to harvest Rhubarb be at the Garden by  6 PM and look for Elizabeth.

Bundles

Bundles will be collected at and distributed from the Picnic Table area … if you’re not sure where that is – just look for picnic tables with rapidly disappearing bundles of Rhubarb on them as the case is sure to be (considering the last response!)

The same good authority who informed about this Rhubarb harvest assures me that the next will not likely take place for at least a month … in advance of which we will post another dance card notice.
