As you may well know the Inglewood Community Garden in partnership with the Calgary Horticultural Society maintains one of the most representative plantings of garlic varieties to be found in one place anywhere in Alberta period.
You may also be familiar with the Garlic Scape … in which case you will likely to be anxious to come out tonight and help harvest some!
Janet Melrose of the Community Garden Resource Network (and some of her colleagues) will be on hand to share insight and experience … oh, yes, and garlic scapes.
