Take it Easy Tuesday… As well as the “routine” tasks – weeding, watering and thinning – we’d like to make a start on harvesting and sorting our garlic. Happily there will be experienced advisors guiding the process itself… Whew! (Cause it sounded ‘tricky’ in the MUN.) |

Why is “harvesting” on Saturday a problem? For ourselves – it is not – but produce destined for our local community service partners needs a (very) cool, dry space to be stored until it can be delivered later the next week. Having written that… we may do some “selected” harvesting of produce for our community […] |

Harvesting… which should come as no surprise! Particular produce will be determined on the night particularly because we will have had a large volunteer party courtesy of Benevity in the Garden during the afternoon doing quite a bit of harvesting.
